The Vampire Boarwolf is the third mob encountered in the Gravetower Dungeon. They share a similar appearance to a regular Boarwolf, except they are invisible when neutral and has a purple flame in the middle of its body. When a player is detected, they will approach and reveal its True Form as it comes closer.

- The Vampire Boarwolf is the only mob with the ability to be invisible.
- Each connected strike heals back ~20% of its max health. This makes nightmare elite vampire boarwolfs the toughest mob to take down.
