Attacks[]
Ability | Description | Damage | Cooldown |
---|---|---|---|
Blossom Barrier | The Greater Tree will protect itself with the barrier before the battle starts, making it invulnerable. The 2 Blue Slingshot Goblins, 2 Blue Elite Goblins, and 2 Blossom Trees in the arena must be defeated to destroy the barrier, rendering the Greater Tree vulnerable to damage for 30 seconds before the barrier is restored. The process repeats until the boss is defeated. | N/A | 30 seconds |
Fear Strike | The Greater Tree charges up before shooting out 3 large crystals near players that explode in a large radius. 3 additional crystals spawn per player in the dungeon, up to 15 crystals with a party of 5 players. | x2 + 5s Fear per hit * server player count | 15 seconds |
Burning Tiles | The vents in the ground of the arena will randomly activate for 7 seconds at a time, dealing x1 damage every 0.5 seconds in contact. | x7 + 5s Fear per tile | 5 seconds |
Removed Attacks[]
Ability | Description | Damage | Cooldown |

Exploding Crystal | After clearing all mobs in the arena, an Unstable Crystal would fall in a random location and cause an explosion upon landing, dealing x? damage in a large radius. Destroying the crystal would temporarily remove the Greater Tree's barrier, but failing to do so within 15 seconds would result in an instant death to all players. | x? Strategies[]
- It is best to walk far away from mobs and other players when Fear Strike is activated, as this removes the need for allies to pay attention to falling crystals and allows everyone to attack the mobs without waiting for the crystals to land.
- When playing in a party, ranged classes should stay a moderate distance away from the Greater Tree as to prevent allies with melee classes from being bombarded with multiple sets of falling crystals at once.
- Since pet skills are not affected by Fear, the Cure and Cure Pro pet skills can be useful when the player is inflicted with the status effect and needs to use class skills immediately.
- As a Dragoon, the Greater Tree's massive hitbox can prevent Infinity Strike from dealing damage after the first hit. Walking under the Greater Tree and using skills underneath its center can mitigate this bug, but it can also become very dangerous if Fear Strike is activated.
- As a Summoner, It is highly recommended to internalize a 30-second timer to utilize Summons and Rift Explosion effectively.
Trivia[]
- The Greater Tree's falling petal particles use the same pink color of the Blossom Tree.
